Hello, I have some questions about your form translation tool. Does it also translate free response form submissions? And does it use Google Translate / how accurate are languages like Arabic, Vietnamese, and others?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the submissions won't translate automatically. But, you can create a form with multiple languages, and you can actually write the translation text by yourself. Let me show you how:

1. Create your form and add fields you want to have on the form.
2. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.
3. Click on Show More Options.
4. Under Form language section, click on Edit.
5. Click on + Add language, choose language you want to add on form & click on + Add.
6. Under Field Translation, write the translation of fields.

You can also add translation against the Form Warning. Let me show you how:

• Hover over your mouse to the language and click on the Pencil icon.
• Under Form Warnings, set the translations.
