Everything is gone when logging to account

    I just logged into my account and everything is gone. I am in the middle of a registration for 2 major events and all my info is gone! Can you please help me. I see my credit card was just charged for a whole year subscription. Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you provide us with more details of your concern? I have reviewed your account and currently, you have two forms, both with zero submission data. Are you referring to your submission data is missing? Or some of your forms are missing? If you are missing a form, could you share with us a link so that we can check it out? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
