Getting this form is currently unavailable error when accessing the form

There is a form that I have use form your page that when I go to it now it shows not available and I would like to make the same form for my small business

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send us the form link so we can check the form? Is the form from another user? If the form is showing that it's not available anymore, the form could be deleted already. Unfortunately, if the form has been deleted, it cannot be cloned anymore. You can check our Form Templates and see if there's a similar form you can use.

sure the form I use a lot is called painting contract and its Shared by perfectcutspaintingsolutions in Services Forms I enjoy the features it has. I retried it again today and the form open completely fine on my end. At 1st I though maybe I needed to upgrade my subscription that why it was not letting me but that did noting... so now what I would like to do is see if there is a way to copy a few features that form has and use it on my own from that way I don't ever have to worry about not being able to use the form again.

We are glad to know that you are able to open the form template again. May I know which features you would like to use in your form? When using the form templates, all features and conditions would also be copied to the form. You can also clone the form instead into your account by following this guide on how to clone forms.

The section I really would like to copy is "details of Scope of Work" where I input the info and it once that is done it auto fills the bottom section.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You may try and clone the form so you can copy all the features and the conditional logic of the form. Let me show you how to clone a form using URL:

1. In My Forms, click Create Form.
2. Then select Import Form and choose From a webpage.
3. Enter the form URL and click Create Form.

As easy as that, you now have a copy of all the features and conditional logic of the cloned form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

so I have tried it as you have shown me and when I have finished all my edits and go to the View form tab it will say currently unavailable. But earlier today I view the form with no problem.

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems your form is not enabled yet. Let me show you how you can enable your form. Here are the steps you can follow:

1. Open your form in Form Builder. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Choose Form Settings from the left side of the panel, then click on the Disable option from the Form Status option. 
3. In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enable. That's it, you're done.
