I need an overview of JotForm

I need to set up an event, ask participants several questions, and be able to have them pay by credit card (if they choose to).

Event is in April.....need to get this settled.

It should be possible with our form builder. You can use our drag and drop builder to create a web form. The online payment is possible, you will need to use one of the payment processing integrations on the form (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Square, Authorize.Net).
