Hi - I need to create a form that allows submitters to add as many rows of data (with specific column information). The output of the data should be in rows separated by a comma. The Configurable list widget does not work as all the data is put into one single row. Here is an example of what the data needs to look like:

Swimmer 1, Name, Lesson, Birth Date, MedCondition, School, Time, Code

Swimmer 2, Name, Lesson, Birth Date, MedCondition, School, Time, Code

Swimmer 3, Name, Lesson, Birth Date, MedCondition, School, Time, Code

Swimmer 4, Name, Lesson, Birth Date, MedCondition, School, Time, Code

We will use Zapier, to create a connection between Jotform and Monday.com. The rows will be created on a board, using the data as column values.

    Hi Gerhard,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid there is no widget with a similar function that will separate the items with a comma. We do have the add option widget; however, the data will also be collected in a single cell. You will need to download your submissions as an Excel file, then manually add the comma after each option.
