    Hello nokomark,

    You can change the text for the form warnings by editing your form and going to Settings > Form Settings > Form Warnings

    Then you should be able to replace the text of the warnings that appear there.

    Another method is adding different languages in your form under Form Language (Just below Form warnings), then set your form to be multi-lingual and change your description and all labels and warnings there.
