Square: Access Token Error Message

    Good Morning,


    I have a Square Payment system linked to a Jotform donation & I have had several donations but not for a few weeks now. I have been given feedback over the weekend that the error message attached is appearing & I do not know how to fix the issue. Please advise.

    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that your Square account is not connected to the integration. Please connect your account so that you can accept donations again. Let me show you how:

    1.  In Form Builder, click the Wand icon to open the integration.
    2. Click Connect and connect/authenticate your Square account. Once you're done, click Save to save the integration.
