Understanding the limit on signed documents

What does the "limit on signed documents" mean?:

Is it per signature on all submitted forms?
Is it the number of forms submitted that have signatures?
Is it the number of PDFs with signatures that I download?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As a Bronze plan subscriber, you can receive up to 100 Signed Documents. It is the total of submitted signed documents on your account. Also, it will reset back to 0 each month.
