How to send emails to clients with a form, in an approval workflow.

id like to have forms filled out internally that send an email to our clients.

for example, project manager fills out a form for proof approval. Attaches proof pdf. Selects a client from a drop down list or manually inputs. Fills out a box for extra notes. Clicks button to send to client from our sales email address.
