Hi
For the form https://www.jotform.com/build/212315263143040
The authors are not receiving pdf copy though the pdf email is on. They are just receiving email without attachement. Please look into this.

Pdfs are not being sent to any of our forms

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that the PDF are not attached to the autoresponder emails sent by your forms. As I understand, it seems that you have updated some of your forms, and since that their related PDFs are outdated, they can't be sent.
Let me show you how to update the PDF to be attached to each of the changed forms.
- In Form Builder, go to the Settings page.
- Select the Emails tab on the left side
- Move the mouse over the autoresponder email and click on the pencil icon.
- Then, go to the Advanced tab.
- In the Attach PDF section, click on the link icon to open the PDF in PDF Editor.
Once done, you'll see a message telling you that your PDF is outdated, and asking if you want to update it or to keep it.
Then, if you created a new PDF, you need to update the PDF to be attached to the autoresponder email by following the steps described above, and selecting the newly updated PDF in the Attach PDF section, instead of clicking on the icon link, at step 5 above.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

There are 3 forms and for 3 forms also pdf is not sent. No such message appears when pdfs are checked. It is not sent. Why are they not sent when every thing is correct in email section?

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. I'm sorry the issue stills. I did a clone of your form named Publishing Agreement, and once submitted, I received the PDF attached to the notification email, as show below.
I cleared your forms cache, this can help to fix the issue. If the issue stills after having updated the PDFs documents, can you remove the Autoresponder from one of the forms for which the PDF is not attached, and create a new one, and see if it works?
Also, it can help us if you can provide us with the forms IDs for which the PDF is not attached.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
