I can not appear to clone forms. We have a shared account and it is not allowing me to clone forms. My colleague has to clone them for me.

Are you getting any error message when you are trying to clone a form?
Please take note that under the Free plan, you can only have 5 forms. You need to delete an existing form in order to create or clone another one.
