Google Integrations: Connect another Google Account for Google Integration

    We have a situation where we need to set a Google integration to another user than who is the primary user for our account. Is this possible? if yes, how?

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to use another account in using Google Integration. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In your Form Builder, go to Settings.
    2. Next, select Integrations and search for Google.Google Integrations: Connect another Google Account for Google Integration Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. Click Google Drive.

    4. Now, select Use Another Account.

    5. Lastly, choose a Google account, then, give permission to Jotform to see, edit, create and delete your documents.

    Is this only valid for accounts with multiple users with access?? I'm not seeing that in my account - it defaulted to my account and there isn't a button to select another user.

    Hi Sarah,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please try to remove your Google Integrations and re-integrate it again? Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Under the Integrations tab on the left side of the page, click on the Google Drive Integration.
    3. Select the 3 vertical icon.
    4. Click Delete Action.

    5. After removing the integration, type Google Drive in the Search Bar and click on it.
    6. Choose an account to connect your form.
