Request to transfer form to another account

I was unware when I created a school form that we have a paid account. How can I transfer what I have created to our school account? I already sent out the information to the parents and do not want to create another code to confuse them.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. As requested, I moved your form 241094388561058 to an account with the username Indira_Flores. Please note that this will completely move the form to the new account with all submission data. Also, if you have used regular link, it will be the same link and the QR codes are the same. If you have used custom URL for this form, the URL will still be enabled but the username will be changed to the new username.
