How to Setup Autoresponder email

Hi,

Is there an option for the person completing any form to receive their answers AND submit the form so I can get the results? If so, please direct me. Thanks so much!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean to send an Autoresponder email to the person who fills out your form? If you set up an Autoresponder Email, your customers will get emails about their submission after they fill out the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

If the autoresponder can be set up to reflect the answers the person submitted, then this will answer my question. I want a copy of their responses to be made accessible to them

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, that is correct. Our Autoresponder email sends them a completed form they filled out. Additionally, our Form Builder automatically creates an autoresponder email once you add an Email element to your form.
