Invoice Copy Request

Hi, could we please receive an invoice copy of this transaction?

09/10/2021 for $5,119.20 please?

This would be from our old standard account I believe. Would you be able to access this?

• Card type:
• Last 4 digits:
• Expiration date:
• Amount charged:
• Date of transaction:

On the other hand, it’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
