Can you send an email with a clickable link that will link to a survey page with the first question filled out based on what they clicked.
Use case:
Net Promoter survey, we would like to send an email with the net promoter question, and 1-10 numbers in the body of the email.
We would want their response captured as the answer to the first question of the survey and trigger the logic we already have in our "customer satisfaction" form.
Is this possible?

If you want to add a clickable link in the email alert content, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
In the Edit Toolbar, click the Insert/Edit Link button. After that, add the URL and the Text you want to display. Here's a screen capture sample:
