Can I retrieve a Completed Application?

    I completed an application for The Talented Tenth and an error message showed at  the time of submission. Am I able to retrieve the completed application?

    Do you have the Form URL that you made the submission to?

    Sometimes, when an error appears the data is still submitted. In case if it was not submitted then it is not possible to retrieve the completed application.

    Please reply again if you have something so we can check this further.


    I suggest you make the submission to the form again if you are not sure that the information was sent through.

    I submitted application a second time and received a message stating SORRY! ONLY ONE ENTRY IS ALLOWED.

    Do you have the Form URL?

    If you are the owner of the form make sure you have set the option for Unique Submissions to No Check.

    Step 1: Go to SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS > SHOW MORE OPTIONS

    Step 2: Look for Unique Submission and select an option from the drop-down.

    I suggest you contact the form (website) owner about this if you are not the owner.
