Will my account be under the limit if spam responses are deleted?

Hello - my jotform has been inundated with spammer and now I have reached my monthly limit. Can I remove the spammer responses - would that get me back to under my limit?

Please let me know if you have any resources to prevent spammers too. thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the blank submissions on your PGIB Study Interest form? If so, even if the blank submissions are removed, your account will remain over the limit. If you want to continue receiving submissions, your only option is to upgrade your account to any of the paid plans. Or wait for the monthly reset, which you can see on your Account Usage page. Also, try to require the fields, so it can't be submitted as blank. Check this guide on how to set a field as Required.
