Appointment widget: How to extract the selected date and time, including appointment range?

I've managed to get what I want with three appointment widgets, one for each table size, with the maximum attendees per time slot set to the number of each size table.

I'm showing the appropriate widget using a condition and a dropdown.

This works, but now I'm having trouble with what comes through the API - I was expecting to get blank answers for the unused widgets on a submission and just be able to concat all three widget answers together in Zapier but I only get an answer coming through for the filled one.

I've tried to get around this by using a form calculation in the form to concat the three answers together, but where the api call gets a date and time range (Friday, Apr 26, 2024 06:30 PM-08:00 PM) from the widget the form calculator gets a start date and time (26/04/2024 5:00 PM)

I understand you'd like to extract the date and time, including the range of the appointment slot selected. While this is not possible in the Form yet, the zapier integration works with API, and the three appointment fields can be concatenated within your Zapier flow. This will allow you to receive all three appointment fields range and integrate them into your Zapier account. So thats exactly what I thought I could do but it's not working

This is what I get for my answers in zapier

As you see there is only one field for 'answers reservation date time for a table for 4' but not ones for 'answers reservation date time for a table for 2' or 'answers reservation date time for a table for 8'

By default, if a field is empty, no data will come through for that specific field. I also checked your tables and saw that answers on other appointment fields are blank. Can you share with us the submission ID for your test as well so we can check further?

Hi - 5896468255125527040 is the submission ID. 

I seem to have managed to get it to work by running three submissions through zapier so I could record the answer field names, and putting them in together in zapier with double curlies {{fieldname}}

Which was more than a bit laborious. I suggest that jotform should have an option to send all questions through, just with blanks for missing answers, even if they are hidden
