Hi Ali,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
When previewing the form, the submit button shows. However, I found that you also have a Section Collapse element on your form, so when you click on it, the Submit button will collapse:
If this wasn't intended, you can remove the Section Collapse element and the Submit button won't be hidden anymore when collapsing the section. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Section Collapse element and then click on the Trash Can icon.
That's it. If this isn't what you're referring to, Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? It will also be helpful if you can take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum. This guide will show you how to do that.
As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

There was no submit button initially,. You could hover over where it should be and the click icon would appear on the white space. I googled a solution which was the collapsible section. I also deleted and re-added a button. I would prefer to have two option to submit than none, so I am ok to leave the form as is.
Cheers,
Ali
