What affects the submissions running out? How can I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The submission refers to the total number of entries from all your forms or imports your account can have monthly. While the Total Submissions is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account (you can purge form entries to free up your storage).

I can see that you have reached the maximum number of submissions allowed in Gold subscription. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period or upgrade your account to increase your limits.

Thank you I have deleted almost 8000 submissions from a form and yet no joy from freeing up space?

I'm sorry for the confusion. Deleting your form submissions will not reset the submission limit of your account. Your Gold subscription is allowed to receive 10, 000 monthly submissions. I can see that your submission count is at 10, 002. As noted in my earlier reply, when you hit a limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period or upgrade your account. But since you're at Gold level, the next level is the Enterprise.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you delete your submissions, it will go to your trash folder. After that, you can purge your deleted entries. Let me show you how:

• On the Jotform Tables page, under the Form tab, click on the Three Dots icon.
• In the dropdown list, click on Trashed Entries.
• In the window that comes up on the right side of the page, choose the Deleted Submission.
• Click on Delete Forever and that's it.
