Please guide how to apply condition for continue or teminate. I want to show a new page of thank you for your time,if customer select do not agree option. If customer agrees then show question # 1 to continue the survey.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Skip To/Hide Page condition to skip the form to the last page if the user do not agree with the terms. Here's how to do it:
- In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab
- Go to Conditions, then click on the Add Condition button
- Click on the Skip To/Hide Page condition.
- Add this condition:
