I'm trying to customise my submission PDF.
I have added some text using 'add text', and have spaced how I want it. However all spacing has disappeared and text is bunched together - both when previewing and on the actual PDF when sent.
</br> seem to have been automatically added on the design editor (see picture) but these aren't doing anything
How do I format this text so it appears correctly?

I can see that the same text can be found on your form as well.
You can turn on the option to show the form's Headers and Texts in the PDF.

This way, you don't need to customize the PDF.
I also suggest you Reset the PDF Design after showing the headers and texts.
