Are there any apps we can install on jotform (i.e. Chinese) so people who read chinese can instantly translate one of our forms on Jotyform to complete it?

You can let your users translate a form with a language switch button. Go to your Settings>Form Settings>SHOW MORE OPTIONS.

Then scroll down and look for Form Language, and use English.

We need to have a default language first before we can translate the form, then click EDIT translation.

Now you can add the Language you want and add the translations.

After translating the page, you can now change the page to other languages by clicking the option on the upper right corner of your form.

After choosing a Form Language, you can choose a translation language for your form.

Then you add Chinese as a Form Language.
