In a confirmation page is there a way to have an event that a form fill registrant can add it to their calendar on that confirmation page?

    Hi Logan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Thank you page that the user sees after submitting your form? If yes, please note that it's not possible to add the event to the user calendar directly on your thank you page. As a workaround, you can integrate the Google Calendar into your form to allow the event to be saved on your calendar after user submission. You need to have a Date or Appointment field in your form to be able to use this integration. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button, and add the Appointment Field into your form. Save event to calendar in the Confirmation page Image 1 Screenshot 50

Now, let's integrate the Google Calendar into your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the page.
    3. Search and select the Google Calendar and click on Authenticate.
    4. Enter your Google account and complete the authentication. Save event to calendar in the Confirmation page Image 2 Screenshot 61
    • Next, enter the details of the event, select the appointment field, and hit Save to complete the integration. Save event to calendar in the Confirmation page Image 3 Screenshot 72

That's it! Test your form, and you will see that the selected appointment will be saved in your Google Calendar. Check out my screenshot below:
