    Hi Kymara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. Now, coming back to your question about setting up a report, can you tell us more about what your requirements are with the report you want to create on your form?

Also, can you give the form URL, so we can check it on our end? Let me show you where to find your form URL:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form, and click on the More dropdown on the right side of the page.
    2. Under the Publish column, select Publish Form.
    3. Click on the Copy Link button.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Kymara,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not available currently. Although you can disable your form for a specific period or specific number of submissions, but you will need to re-enable your form from time to time so it will be able to accommodate new submissions after the period.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.
