My newest submissions are not being sent to Mailchimp, despite the active integration with this form and no encryption.  Any idea why?

I cloned your form and connected to our Mail Chimp test account. I was unable to reproduce your problem. I mapped just the one field (email) and it updated successfully:

Its possible one of your other fields could be causing the issue. May I suggest you map just the email field first. And try another submission. Once email is working, map another field and continue. That way you can isolate the bad field.

If the problem persists can you take a screenshot of your fields setup?

    For example:

Ok...seems like the preferred language field would be the issue.  It's something I added to this form only and submissions in other forms have been integrating just fine. I'll need the preferred language field to remain though, since I need that data in Mailchimp.  Can I still import all the fields in this form using CSV import?

I think the preferred widget should not affect the integration as long as it's not mapped on the integration wizard.

Can I still import all the fields in this form using CSV import?

Please note that it's not possible to import form fields from CSV file, are you referring to something else?

If so, please let us know so we can properly help you.

I was referring to a CSV report that would then be imported into mailchimp.

I would suggest using our basic dropdown for the Language selector instead of the widget then map it to a dropdown field from MailChimp.

You can copy/paste the languages here: https://www.pastiebin.com/5aad45f045301

MailChimp allows you to import leads. However, you cannot import just the Language alone. You have to do a whole list import.

To get a CSV report in the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/103-How-to-create-a-CSV-Report.

    To import to import: https://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/growth/import-subscribers-to-a-list.
