I just logged in and it says my account is deactivated? Why would this happen?

    Hi Michelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that it's suspended due to your Test Form to Test. Note that having fields for collecting Credit Card details is against our Terms of Use. For us to reactivate your account, we need to ask for your permission to delete the offending fields from your form. Note that removing the fields will also remove the related data from your old submissions.

If you want to collect payments on your form, you can use any of our Payment Integrations. Let me show you how to add a payment gateway to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
    2. Go to the Payments tab, and choose a payment gateway.
    3. Connect your form to the payment processor by clicking on the Connect button on the Payment Settings panel that pops up.
    4. Once done, click on Continue in the bottom-right corner.

Once we hear back from you with your permission to remove the offending fields, we'll be able to move forward with this.
