Clarification regarding monthly Signed Document limit.

    I have a question regarding the 10 Monthly Signed Documents listed under your free tier pricing - is that 10 signed documents that can be created or 10 signed documents that can be received?

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is the monthly limit for the number of Signed Document received, including submission from form with Jotform Sign enabled, as shown in the screenshot.

    You can review your account usage and schedule of monthly reset on this page, as shown in the screenshot.
