Why am I being billed when I canceled my service?

    Hello! I canceled my subscription back on March 2 after my last submission of my form and I am now being notified that I am being charged. I remember specifically stating the reason why I was canceling was because I was finished with all of the submissions and the retreat was full.

    I have checked your account and see that it was upgraded to Bronze monthly subscription (S-96B769541E476590B) using PayPal on Feb 4, 2018 and upgraded to Silver monthly subscription (S-0H934721KF984135P) on Feb 18, 2018. However, the Bronze subscription was cancelled on Feb 22, 2018 while the Silver subscription is renewed renewed today. I have sent a request to our manager to cancel the Silver subscription and process the refund. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement. Your account is now downgraded to Free.
