Good day, I subscribe to your service and have done for many years. I do not expect to see your advertising on my forms. Attached is a copy of a screenshot. I receive this when a form is forwarded back to my inbox so it's obvious this is being inserted onto the client copy of the form. I was under the impression when you paid for a professional service, all advertising is removed. Please explain this to me.

Please make sure that you have unchecked the JotForm branding option in your Account Settings.
1. Go to your Account Settings and select the Settings option on the left (or just click this link)
2. Uncheck the JotForm Branding checkbox.
This option is only available for paid users.
If the JotForm Branding is showing on emails even after this change, please try deleting the Autoresponder email and adding it again.
