Not populating

    My workspace forms are not populating

    Hi Shawn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by not populating? Can you share with us some screenshots so we can understand the issue better? This guide will show you how to do that. Also, it would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a short screen recording using Loom, or other third-party software to record your screen and share the public link here.

    I also checked your account and I don't see any forms. Are you referring to a form from another account? Can you share with us the Form URL so we can check it as well?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
