Few of the users are not receiving submission emails.

There are many individuals who are not receiving the form after it is submitted. They are not on the bounce list either? This has been an on going issue. Please provide assistance.

With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form "Root Cause Analysis (RCA)" and found that you have added several conditions to send submission emails to different email addresses.

Please let us know the email addresses on which submission emails are not being sent and we will take a look.
