A new payment information must be added on the account. You can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
• In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

• Next, go to the Billing tab.
• Click on Change Credit Card.

• Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
• Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
