Is it possible to block a form if anyone does not pay on PayPal?

I have set up a subscription for payment and will receive notification from PayPal if they are unable to receive the subscription. How do I then prevent the subscriber from accessing the form?

    Thanks

As I can understand, you need to block access to the form if they did not pay on PayPal, is this correct?

As far as I know, it's not possible to do that, the users will be able to access to the form as long as they have the link.

You may also provide us more details about your request, we will wait for your response.

You may have two different forms like Form 1 for payment and Form 2 is the actual form that you want to be restricted. You may consider redirecting the Form 1 after making the payment to Form 2 using 'Redirect to external link' option in the Thank you page. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

However, please note that the Form 2 is still accessible if one has the URL.

Let us know if that helps. Thanks!

    Thanks Kiran

You are quite right we have the payment page and then set a redirect in the Thank you to the

second form. But this really won't help, thanks anyway.

When the purchase is made they somehow could get their own copy of the form, should they not pay I can disable that particular form, does anyone have any ideas to make this work?

    Thanks again

Since the payment information is available up on successful payment by submitting the form, unfortunately, it is not possible to disable the form based on the payment. This requirement may need custom code and you may hire a programmer from Upwork to read the external database by embedding the form on your web page.

    Thank you!
