cloned a link and after it is submitted and someone gets the email it still shows an image that they can't seem to remove. how does one remove this?

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that when someone fills the form and receives an email, there is an image in the email that you want to remove.

You can do so by editing the Autoresponder email template.
