Why does it keep removing forms from a sub-user's account?

I have Jazz listed as a sub user to view the 3 DQC forms on my account (submissions only, not able to edit). It keep automatically removing her from viewing the forms. When I go into refresh the page, it says "0 Forms Shared w/ Jazz", even though no one is removing her from viewing the forms.

    Can you please assist?

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

I have checked on your account and seen no form has been selected to be shared with user "Jazz".

I have cleared your form cache. Kindly try giving access to the user and refresh. If issue persist  kindly let us know.

That problem is still persisting. I selected the three forms and hit "update" and refreshed the page and it says "no forms selected" still. The forms she needs to view are the second, third, and fourth forms from the top (DQC in the name). Please assist, this is a big problem. Thanks,Liz Elizabeth A. GrayConference and Meeting DesignerThe Balcom Group856-983-0257 Main Lineliz@thebalcomgroup.com

I had another look at the forms and noticed the account "dawntbg" is the one that has shared the forms with you and these forms are bot in your account since they are shared forms. Kindly request "dawntbg" to share to form with "Jazz" and let us know if they are able to share the forms.

Your account has only one form: 71704974043154 which is your form and not a shared form.
