My account has been suspended (Fake Service)

    Please why was my account disabled

    Hello Solution,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. Your account has been suspended because your Wallet Support form has been flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms. Also, free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    For us to reactivate the account, we will need to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. Please let us know if you want us to proceed.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
