Issue when activating Jotform App in Salesforce

    Hi,

    I am having an issue using the JotForm app in Salesforce. I have added the app and given the user permissions in the Salesforce permission sets, but keep getting an error.


    When I go to sign into the app it comes back with the following error message.


    eu.jotform.com redirected you too many times.

    Please can you advise a solution.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. Can you please try using a different browser or incognito mode to see if the issue persists? If the same thing happens, again, please take a screenshot of the console report when the issue happens. This guide will show you how to do that.

    Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.

    It's still the same.

    First image is the Chrome console and the 2nd image is from Edge.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I notice that you are based on Europe. Could you kindly confirm whether your Salesforce account is in EU data center? If that is the case, you will also need to move your forms and data to EU data center in your Jotform account. It's easy to do this, let me show you how:

    1. Click your Profile Picture at the top-right of the navigation menu.
    2. Click Settings to access your account’s settings page.

    3. Click Data on the left sidebar menu.
    4. Check Europe Datacenter option.
    5. The wizard should open up, follow the steps to complete the move.

    Then, please try to access again through Salesforce.
