Many clients are having issues completing the form submission

    I have a survey form that doesn't work. Sometimes the info submits. Most of the time it just says sending, please wait and never goes through. Many clients are having issues completing the form submission.

    I was able to replicate the issue when I opened your webpage and did a test submission.

    Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
