I want to change the message that is sent when I send a text out to complete a form

I want to change the message that is sent when I send a text out to complete a form.

Currently it says: "You can find my form "Prospective Client Form......." "

I want to be able to change that verbiage to say something else. Can you please let me know where I need to go to change that?
