Hello, when my customers fill out the form, it freezes at the last page and I do not see a submission on my end. I need help to see what is happening on the back end.

Hi Priscilla,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you please try to clear your form cache and see how it goes? Let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
Is your form embedded on a website? Also, are there specific devices that are encountering the issue?
