¿Cómo puedo aplicar las condiciones lógicas de "mostrar/ocultar" campos? Aparecen campos que en el formulario se ocultan y no quiero que se muestren en el pdf que se genera.
Gracias

Hi ,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Applying Show/Hide Fields Conditionally to your form is easy. Let me show you how:
- Go to the top of the Form Builder and select Settings.
- Choose Conditions from the menu on the left.
- Create a new Show/Hide field condition.
- On the next page, define your condition rules.
- When you're finished, click Save at the bottom.
You can add and hide as many rules or fields as you need.
Regarding the issue of hidden fields appearing in the created PDF, when the PDF Submission is generated, all fields are displayed by default, including the hidden fields. However, this can be managed by changing the PDF submissions.
To hide empty fields in PDF Editor:
- Click on the gear icon to open PDF Settings.
- Under the Customize tab, scroll down and put a check in the box next to Hide Empty Fields.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
