    I just finished a support chat with Bojan, the recommendation did not work

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you are having difficulties with this. Can you explain a bit more about the issue so we can help you with it? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Can you also send me the link to the form that is having the issue so I can take a look at it for you? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Quick Share on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click the Copy Link button then share the copied URL with us.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
