Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. After checking, the form was conditionally enabled. To change this, follow the steps below:
- While in Form Builder, click on Settings.
- Under General tab, you will see Form Status.
- Click on Conditionally Enabled to change the status.
- Click Save.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Great, thank you!
I was testing my form with a co-worker and had them do a submission. I found how to delete the submission but it still shows 1 less available spot. Is there a way to reset that?

Hi Kim,
Thanks for getting back to us. I went ahead and checked and can see that there's one submission in your Trash section. This is why one of your Appointment times is showing 19 available. To fix this, you need to purge the submission to reset the spot. Here's how:
- In the Submissions Table, click on the Three dots icon in the upper left corner of the page, then select Trashed Entries.
- In the Trashed Entries panel, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, then select Delete.
