Can't create form from a template

When I tell Jotform that I want to create a new form from a template, it lets me select a template, but then I go into editing the form while still in the pop-over window. When I select Continue, it gives me an error saying "Please select template to continue." I'm using Firefox 58.0.2 on a Macbook Pro.

I had this problem the other day and through some strange combination of clicks, I got a new form. But tonight, for some reason I can't seem to complete the necessary steps to create a new form. Can you help?

Then, when I went back to get you a screen shot, I found out I had created 3 new forms! Is it really that slow? And why does it give me an error if it is in the process of slowly creating the form?

I tested this issue several times from FireFox on Mac but I wasn't able to replicate any issue, the form is creating properly from template.

If the issue persists, could you please try Clearing your Browser's cache.

If the issue persists, please let us know what is the template you're trying to use (maybe the issue is related to particular template).
