Prevent multiple submissions within 30 days.

I would like to use the one-time delivery within a specific period of 30 days and not continuously, as the contact may become interested again at a later date.

Currently, I have activated the single submission option in the form's general settings. However, a person who filled out the form today cannot fill out the form again after this activation, as shown in the attached photo.

What I need is that after a month, this person can have the possibility of filling out this form again and not be blocked, as the single sending would get their IP/cookies and block this sending again.

Thanks for getting back to us. We understand things much better now. It's currently not possible to prevent a form filler from doing multiple submissions within 30 days. The workaround that's currently available is for preventing multiple submissions within a day. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Does the shipping block only happen for 24 hours?

If that's the case, that's great, because the repetitive sending already resolves.

But I tested it here and it crashed, and I sent it last week

Thanks for getting back to us. I apologize for the confusion. To confirm, are you trying to create a form where only 1 submission per month is allowed per user? Or 1 submission per day allowed per user? Both are possible. Let me show you how:

For one submission per month:

1. In Form Builder, add a Date Picker element, a Short Text element, and a Substring Widget.
2. Next, set up your Substring Widget to get the month in the Date Picker element.
3. Then, set up the Date element to get the Current Date, and have the 3 newly added elements hidden.
4. Create this conditional logic:
5. Finally, go to Settings from the top bar menu, click on the Show More options button, and select the Short Text element under the unique field.

But if you are referring to preventing multiple submissions per day, you can do the same thing above. But, instead of copying the field for the month, copy the field of the day instead.
