Cannot receive password request

    Hello


    Email is as above. I don't know what my password is and I don't receive an email when I request one

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having issues with this, rest assured I am here to help. I've checked your account and I can see that you email address is not yet verified, hence you didn't get an email for password reset. Can you please first verify your email address in the verification you received when you created the account? I've checked our email logs and I can see that the verification email was already sent. Once you have verified the email address, try to reset the password again.
