Yesterday I downgraded to free plan since at this stage I dont run any campaign and no need for sign up, however today your company tried to charge me from my account why? I thought that im now on free plan so why you tried to charge me?

PayPal based subscriptions are cancelled manually from our end if they are not fully cancelled in your PayPal account. Since the subscription was cancelled yesterday and not cancelled in PayPal, it seems we were not able to cancel it manually in time and our system attempted to charge you again. The payment failed and did not go through.
