    Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recommend setting up Digest Emails, which lets you choose whether you’d like to be updated about your forms submissions every day, week, or month. Let me walk you through setting that up:

    1. On the My Forms page, select the forms you wish to be on the Digest Emails.

    2. Click on the Create New Digest button at the top part of the page, as shown in the screenshot below:

But, if you'd like to create a Digest Email with just one form, you must:

    • Select the form, and click on the More dropdown on the far right of the selected form.
    • Choose the Create Digest Email option from the Data column, as shown in the screenshot below:

You'll then be asked to set up the Email and Date Settings. In the Email Settings, you'll need to provide the subject, and the recipients:

Since you want to get the emails every week, you need to choose 'Weekly' for the Repeats. Then, from the 'Send Date' dropdown, choose which day of the week you want to get the emails. You also have the option to set the Send Time, as well as the Time Zone. Check out the screencast below:

Finally, you can do a test by clicking on the 'Test Email' button at the bottom right. Once done, click on 'Create Digest':

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
